In honour of my beloved grandfather Curt Von Schlanbusch. My grandpa just died and I want to honor his soul by translating our love into one of characters in the book. The seed of the scen is our last meeting on his death bed in Karlskrona. It is 1/3 into the book and the first text I have released publicly. Rest in peace, grandpa, your love is within me and your life force a part of creation.
WHY?
I am fascinated by the mystery of life. What is the meaning in life? Why are we here? What makes us happy? Every answer opens up new questions until it's a mystery to be lived.
From travels around the world, initiatives as startups to meet the challenges of our lives, a new way of living for changemakers of our time, as well as exploring spiritual ancient practices, living in solitude for years. But in the end it is the life we live in our everyday life that is our greatest teacher, our direct feedback loop of our relationship with the divine gift of a life as a conscious being.
Fredrik Forss is an explorer in the depths of life, an entrepreneur who implements his insights into the “reality” of life in order to test its validity. To Fredrik life is a continuous process where he always is gathering data, re-calibrating and recieving insights for the next step. Some steps have become start-ups or impact initiatives. Some relational growth, some inner or outer adventures. In general leading deeper into the spiral of life.
For the last six years the book UNUM has grown from the exploration of what is the most real and loving way to save humankind from its own self-destruction. And is it even possible?
